Purpose of this Role:
• Build up solid ER process and provide consultant to support HRBP and mitigate risk
• Partner with business of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work
• Drive organization efficiency to improve function performance
Role and Responsibility:
ER:
• In charge of HR related policies (build up/maintains/review and revise) and make sure all policies are in line with regulations;
• Manage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability, to reduce ER risk;
• Support HRBP to manage ER related cases, including but not limited to provide ER cases consultant, prepare ER documents related documents, guidance on implement process;
• Build ER expertise in ER case management, including be familiar with regulation, follow regulation updating on time, build up systematical ER process (both of regulation, implementation process, BAU process) to support business needs, as well as to improve employee experience;
• Be a trusted HR contact person to employee
HRBP:
• Work with assigned functional leaders to understand business, diagnose current organization performance, and develop/implement plans to build needed organization capabilities and support bold growth.
• Serve as an advisor and coach to managers and employees on a variety of people issues
• Work with line managers and employees to address various employee issues, fairly representing all interests
• Work with business to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
• Work with HRBP manager to lead end to end OD
