职责： ● Manage all systems to ensure the overall integrity of data, security, and infrastructure in all areas of information technologies, including networking and systems, telecommunications (voice and data), and library systems. ● In collaboration with the Security Engineer, implement appropriate IT security procedures, configure security software and implement security administration functions across multiple platforms to ensure that the school’s information assets are properly protected. ● Ensure that help desk tickets for hardware and software are resolved in a timely manner. ● With the IT Infrastructure Services Team, plan and oversee all network hardware, server hardware and operating systems, and network storage. Lead the Infrastructure Services Team in the research, testing, evaluation, and recommendation of tools and utilities that improve or enhance network performance, network reliability, and user support and their impact on existing system configurations. ● Lead the Infrastructure Services Team to develop and maintain best practices and standards in process, design, architecture, and operations of all aspects of service-oriented information technology delivery. ● Document, plan, and control hardware acquisitions and installations to ensure that they are consistent with the school's strategic plans. ● Monitor, fine-tune, and report LAN/WAN, server, and workstation utilization and performance; recommend continuous improvements based on operational reports. 要求： ●University graduate, At least five years relevant experience designing, implementing, managing, supporting and documenting Microsoft Windows, SAN, NAS, Palo Alto firewall, VMWare, Veeam Backup, Cisco ISE, and Linux networks. ● Effective English communication skills, verbal and written. The ability to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage. ● Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to work as a flexible, collaborative, and supportive team member while excelling in a fast-paced service environment. ● Problem-solving skills on network, hardware and software, maintenance, repair, and recovery.
